The ICX ALL-IN-ONE DRILL BIT They gradually increase the diameter during the surgical procedure and are designed to be used with standard surgical instruments to precisely cut the bone with a clockwise rotation (800 rpm for the pilot drill and 400 rpm for the standard drill).
The drilling protocol proposed by medentis medical is only a recommendation.
As a general rule, for all drills, all implant diameters, and all bone classes, the specified drill sequence may vary. The softer the bone, the fewer steps are recommended. The harder the bone, the more intermediate steps are recommended.
D1 = for tough nuts to crack - D2/D3/D4 = For very soft, soft, or medium-hard bones.
