Shopware e-commerce software 

Our online store is a Shopware e-commerce solution. Shopware stores cookies in your browser to ensure the store’s basic functions work properly. These cookies enable features such as the shopping cart contents, your login status, and CSRF protection. Shopware cannot be used unless you have enabled cookies in your browser. Shopware stores only IDs in your browser; the assignment to the respective information takes place within the application. Shopware uses the session cookie to determine whether you have an active shopping cart and whether you are logged in. It thus serves as a means of identification between your browser and the server. Registration through our online store

Personal Data

Personal data refers to information about the factual or personal circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name, phone number, and address, as well as all the information you provide to us when you register and create your customer account. Statistical data that we collect—for example, when you visit our ICX online store—and that cannot be directly linked to you as an individual is not included in this definition. Customer Account

We set up password-protected direct access to your account information stored with us (customer account) for every customer who registers accordingly. Here, you can view information about your completed, pending, and recently shipped orders, and manage your account information and newsletter subscription. You agree to keep your personal login credentials confidential and not to disclose them to any unauthorized third party. We cannot accept any liability for the misuse of passwords, unless we are responsible for such misuse.
Unless you log out, you will remain logged in automatically. This feature allows you to use some of our services (e.g., “Customer Account”) without having to log in again each time. For security reasons, however, you will be prompted to re-enter your password if, for example, you wish to change your personal information or place an order.

Collection, Processing, and Use of Your Personal Data

Data protection is very important to us. Therefore, when collecting, processing, and using your personal data, we strictly adhere to the legal provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act. We collect, store, and process your data for the entire processing of your purchase, including any subsequent warranty claims, for our customer service, technical administration, and our own marketing purposes. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send out the newsletter; that is, we will only send you a newsletter via email once you have explicitly confirmed that you would like us to activate the newsletter service. Google AdWords
