ICX Scan Base / Narrow Scan Body (for intraoral scanning)
The scan body/scan base is used for the optical, 3-dimensional localization of implants in the mouth and of laboratory implants in the working model.
Scan bodies are not supplied sterile, but can be sterilized in an autoclave, thereby allowing for intraoral use.

The foundation for a digitally fabricated implant-supported dental prosthesis is a high-precision scan.
That is why we have optimized the design of our scan bodies, even though the previous version already offered excellent fit accuracy.
In addition, groove markings were added to the original ICX scan bodies to make them easier to identify.
This virtually eliminates the possibility of confusion with competitors' products. The geometry is compatible with all ICX databases and does not need to be modified.
