The ICX Diamond family includes the Premium and Active variants—each available in bone-level and transgingival versions—as well as all Tuber and Zygoma implants—all of which, of course, are made exclusively from GiganTium.

Our new material, GiganTium, achieves a minimum of 1,100 MPa—that is, about 60 percentIt is stronger than standard Grade IV KV titanium.

The combination of mechanical superiority and biological optimization is unique. GiganTium provides strength and safety, while our hydrophilic, microstructured surface can facilitate faster osseointegration.

This means: high primary stability and long-term safety—for both practitioners and patients.

ICX-DIAMOND® liquid implants are available in all lengths and diameters.

It is important to note that: GiganTium is not a new or untested material. The technology was successfully introduced as early as 2023 and has since proven itself in thousands of implantations. Currently, about 30% of all implants we ship are made of GiganTium. Feedback from the field has been consistently positive—from both a mechanical and a biological perspective.

Since it is 100% pure titanium, there are no risks associated with alloying elements such as zirconium, aluminum, or vanadium. As a result, it offers GiganTium A solution that offers doctors and patients the highest level of safety and has been proven effective.
